Age Policy

Tattoo and permanent makeup services are available only to clients aged 18 or over.

Eligibility

We do not serve anyone under 18. There are no exceptions: parental consent, a guardian's presence or a signed note does not change this. Our advertising is not directed at minors (Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР).

ID checks

We verify age against an original government-issued photo ID: passport, ID card or driving licence. It must be valid and belong to the person booking. Copies, photos, expired documents and third-party IDs are refused. If age cannot be confirmed, we may decline the service; pre-contract information and booking terms are given before you order under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.

Personal data

We record only that verification took place and do not keep copies of ID documents. Processing follows Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3992-IX.
