This disclaimer covers all tattoo and permanent-makeup services provided by medconsulth.com (PE, EDRPOU 15729104), Office 7, Business Center Senator, 32 Kniaziv Ostrozkykh Street, Kyiv, 01010, Ukraine.

1. Cosmetic, not medical

Our procedures are cosmetic. They are not medical treatment or diagnosis, and our artists do not give medical advice.

2. No guaranteed result

Skin reacts individually. Pigment retention, colour intensity, healing time and final appearance depend on skin type, lifestyle, medication and aftercare. We do not guarantee a specific colour, shape, density or longevity of any result. Photographs on this site are illustrative.

3. Known risks

  • pain, redness, swelling and temporary sensitivity;
  • uneven pigment, fading or the need for a touch-up;
  • allergic reaction to pigment or anaesthetic;
  • infection or delayed healing despite hygiene protocols;
  • scarring, including keloid scarring in predisposed persons.

You must disclose relevant health conditions, medication and allergies before booking. Services are provided to adults aged 18 and over only.

4. Price, booking and duration

Pre-contract information — price or price basis, duration, booking terms and deposit — is given before you order, in line with Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

5. Aftercare

Written aftercare guidance is provided after every procedure. Not following it may affect healing and results.

6. Before and after images

Images are published with client consent, may be retouched for lighting and do not promise your result.

7. Advertising

Promotional content is identifiable and truthful and does not mislead about qualifications, safety, permanence or medical status, per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР.

8. Complaints

Write to contact@medconsulth.com or call +380 969 371 0385. We reply within 10 business days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII.
