Consultations, bookings, pricing, cancellation, touch-ups, age checks and aftercare for tattoo and permanent-makeup services at medconsulth.com.

Booking
A consultation covering design, placement, duration, price and risks comes before every procedure. A booking is confirmed once we accept it in writing and the deposit in your quote is paid.
Prices
Prices are in UAH and depend on size, complexity, placement, session length and materials; the final price is confirmed before the session.
Age and ID
Clients must be 18 or over and show valid photo ID at the first session. We do not serve minors, with or without parental consent.
Cancellation
With 48 hours' notice the deposit moves once to a date within 90 days. Later cancellation or no-show forfeits it; if we cancel, it is refunded or transferred.
Touch-ups
One touch-up within 8 weeks of healing is included when the written aftercare was followed; later work is charged at current rates.
Aftercare and results
We issue written aftercare instructions. Healing varies, no specific result is guaranteed, and permanent makeup may need refreshing. Claims stay truthful under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro reklamu» № 270/96-VR.
Complaints
Email contact@medconsulth.com with your booking reference; we reply within 10 business days. Under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» vid 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
